随着人们生活水平的提高和现代化通信业的发展，人们使用电池的愈来愈多．尽管近年来人们对保护自然生态环境日益重视，水污染、大气污染、白色污染等环境污染的治理已不同程度地收到了一定的效果，但废电池污染却未引起人们的足够重视。随着科学技术的不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,使用电池已成为我们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分。如今废电池的危害已成为全世界人们共同关注的环境问题。世界各国都在研究处理废电池的最佳方案。虽然现在已取得了卓有成效的成果，但还不能根本解决问题。本文介绍了废旧电池的危害，着重探讨了废旧电池的处理方法，以及西方国家的方法．
英文摘要--
Along with the enhancement of people’s living standard and the development of
modern communication industry ,people are using more and more batteries. Although in recent years, people have been paying increasingly much attentions to protecting the natural ecalagical environment and measures taken to deal with water pollution , air pollution and white pollution are on varying degrees of centain effect, the waste battery pollution still hasn’t attracted enough attention from people .This article introduces the harm caused by warm-out batteries, and mainly discusses the warn-out battery processing methods as those in foreign countries.
